windows 7- eventi- un errore
nella visualizzazione eventi figura un errore che non so risolvere: service control manager all'avvio non è stato possibile caricare il driver: pxhelp20. chiedo la cortesia di un suggerimento ;( ho pensato a microsoft fix it, ma non so poi come usarlo). grazie

ho trovato questo file in c- windows- system32- pxhlpa.sys.
non ho trovato pxhelp20. non sono riuscito a scaricarlo, per probabilmente immetterlo in questa cartella. dove posso scaricarlo ?
