Accesso continui al disco fisso

Da qualche giorno il mio Notebook effettua continui accessi prolungati al disco fisso, apparentemente senza motivo.
Avast non rivela niente, se può servire vi riporto il log di hijackthis

Può essere solo una questione di ottimizzazione del boot, windows certe volte esagera.
Oppure una poca quantità di ram, oppure una deframmentazione dell'hd da fare.

Quoto,aggiungo anche il Ripristino configurazione di sistema,prova a disabilitarlo,vedreai un notevole migloramento della situazione.
Comunque qualche processo di quelli postati,potresti eliminarlo,tanto quando ti serve lo puoi lanciare da start.
