Uhm... un solo file? Se ti basta un solo file potresti salvarla in html.
Se invece devi convertirne un mucchio sembra che su Internet il software più citato per questo compito sia ABC Amber Outlook Converter. http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail...r/1065618402/1 Però non l'ho mai provato.
