In realtà mi sembra di capire che un file .PWI non necessariamente è un file di testo, ma potrebbe trattarsi anche di un file multimediale (musica).
Qui dicono di provare ad utilizzare TextMaker per aprire il file. Oppure puoi utilizzare ActiveSync per acquisire quel file tramite Outlook.
