Avvio XP lentissimo

xp he sp3 P IV 3.4 GHZ 1Gb ram formattato da poco (per problemi simili)

zone alarm pro
spybot
office 2k3
avast

Si avvia regolarmente, rimane imbalsamato per 5-6 minuti poi parte benissimo.
Che faccio ? lo butto?

Hai usato nLite e addon x fare il cd di windows??
Dopo 5-6 minuti carica altri programmi??

Ho usato il cd originale, poi parte regolarmente senza altri intoppi.

leva i cd da dentro al lettore se poi nn fosse questo il problema posta un log di avvio di spybot tanto per cominciare
