Stando a quanto scritto qui il formato dei commenti di Excel coincide con il formato dei tooltip di Windows.
 Io non ho provato la procedura indicata, vedi tu se sei interessato.

Ho provato a seguire le indicazioni, sono andato in proprietà schermo, aspetto, avanzate......ma non ho trovato niente!!!
