[XP] Problemi struttura file

Ciao, nel mio portatile c'è un HD della seagate, per vedere se era tuttu ok ho scaricato il diagnostico dal loro sito e mi fallisce questo test:

"File Structure Test
- Examines FAT and NTFS partition, volume, directory and file information. The test determinies if there are data file structure errors in any partitions or volumes."

Siccome parlava di errori nela struttura di file e credo non di difetti fisici dell'HD ero tranquillo perchè per una serie di motivi dovevo formattare il computer.
Una volta che ho reinstallato il S.O. sono andato a rifare i test e sorpresa quel test continua a fallire.
Ho provato a deframmentare, a usare anke un deframmentatore offline, ad avviare lo scan-disk ma nulla, quel test continua a fallire.
Sono andato sull'HELP ma è tutto in inglese e io purtroppo non lo so.
VI posto quello che c'è scritto nell'HELP:

"File system structure problems have symptoms that are often misdiagnosed as disc drive problems. When a drive won't boot or load the operating system one of the first tests is to very the health and functionality of the disc drive. After that, the most likely cause of problems is bad data. When data is corrupted or lost due to some reason unrelated to hardware, such as power interruption or memory failures, the variety of possibilities for errors are many.

SeaTools offers a file system integrity test that only reads and evaluates - it does not repair problems. SeaTools has the ability to perform File System integrity tests on standard NTFS, FAT32 and FAT16 partitions. Any report of errors or inconsistencies in the file system tests are for informational purposes only. We suggest you consider testing with the official file system diagnostic utilities for your operating system which includes using the Windows provided "Error Checking", "Chkdsk", "Defrag" and "ScanDisk" utilities. Seagate is not able to assist with troubleshooting or reviewing file system test results.

"Passed with inconsistencies": This result is very common with NTFS formatted partitions. This result is triggered by two conditions - either the write time or the change time in the index is older than what is in the file record. Often, Windows disk drive "Error Checking" (accessed from the drive properties tools tab) Will not indicate any problems. However, running Chkdsk from a dos command box (C:\chkdsk) may display the message "Windows found problems with file system"

If SeaTools File System structure tests report "Passed with inconsistencies" and you are NOT experiencing unusual behavior or data errors while in Windows then the inconsistencies may haven been caused by a previous lock-up or improper Windows shutdown. Many times, these errors may be repaired through normal system maintenance.

Seagate does not support troubleshooting file system."

È un po' lungo vero
Ho tentato di capire cosa ci sia scritto ma ho capito poco.....anzi quasi nulla.
Non dovrebbe essere un problema fisico dellHD vero???
Come posso risolvere...vi prego aiutatemi....
