ho messo il cd a pc spento, è venuta fuori una scritta tipo "premi un tasto per partire da cd"(credo sia grub, e con win64bit funziona) poi il cd gira un po' ma rimane tutto nero. poi il cd si ferma e qualsiasi tasto premo(credo) fa "beep", nel senso del suono.

Hai un problema di boot, non è collegato al fatto che stai usando un Windows a 32 bit su un processore con architettura a 64 bit.

Sei sicuro che stai usando un cd bootable? Il supporto è originale?

non, non è originale, prima volevo vedere se andava. ma ho letto che 'è un programma apposito che si chiama nlite.

I processori x64 odierni sono processori a 32bit con registri e istruzioni che li estendono a 64bit.
Un sistema a 32bit funziona perfettamente su un processore di questo tipo.

La scritta "premi un tasto per partire da cd" è del CD bootabile di xp, non di grub, ed è normale: devi premere un tasto per avviare il CD e procedere con l'installazione di windows.

Se a questo punto le cose non funzionano, i motivi possono essere molteplici: CD rovinato o mal fatto, mancanza di qualche driver, problemi hardware di vario genere.

Comincia con descrivere la tua configurazione hardware.
Il pc funziona comunque con altri sistemi? (dato che parli di grub, immagino tu abbia qualche distribuzione di linux installata).
