Notebook: blocco all'avvio

Devo formattare un notebook Packard Bell di un amico ma si blocca all'avvio.In dettaglio:all'accensione sul monitor appare il logo Packard Bell poi si pianta,il led dell'hd rimane acceso fisso.Se all'avvio tengo premuto il tasto F12 mi appare una schermata di diagnostica,la seguente:

Devo precisare che su decine di avvii un paio di volte è partito regolarmente,attualmente il SO è Xp Professional e volevo riportarlo a Windows Millenium come in origine ma riesco soltanto ad entrare nel bios e a ottenere la schermata diagnostica.Qualcuno ha qualche dritta?Grazie mille

The reason that your getting the error 0210 stuck key, is because you are holding down the ctrl key, while the computer is trying to boot, the BIOS does a POST...Power On Self Test, and it tests for things like stuck keys, and as your holding down the ctrl key, it thinks the key is stuck. The information you are seeing, is two things, the BIOS info, ie, what you have in your puter that the BIOS knows about, and the other is what drivers and and other programmes that are being launched.

Controlla se non è incastrato un tasto nella tastiera, in particolare il CTRL

In effetti il tasto CTRL aveva un problema che ho risolto ma non ho risolto il problema principale mi sa che se n'è andato l'Hd oppure la Ram.Sigh!Grazie Semi.....Gianni

Non credo, sinceramente..non generebbe questo errore...hai collegato qualche componente esterno? hai provato a collegare una tastiera e un mouse esterni?
