DVD e disc at once

Help me please
Non riesco a masterizzare i DVD!
Ho provato a masterizzare un cd ed il problema non si è posto, ma al momento di masterizzare un dvd mi da il seguente errore:

Non è possibile utilizzare il disc at once
scritttura fallit a 2,4 x

pensa che a me ha dato un problema simile proprio oggi mentre copiavo un dvd con dvd shrink,però io ho la versione 6 con il label flash....

io ho lo stesso problema solo con i DVD Verbatin.
