ftp server non funziona

Ciao a tutti,
ho creato un server ftp nel mio pc con filezilla server. Ho seguito un
tutorial alla lettera (http://gratuisoft.perso.cegetel.net/). Ho winxp
e un modem prestige p623-me allacciato con scheda ethernet.
Per collegarmi al serverftp uso il client filezilla.
Il problema è questo; quando mi collego in locale con l'indirizzo
127.0.0.1 tutto funziona a meraviglia. Quando mi collego dall'esterno,
non funziona. Ho l'ip dinamico, ma prima di collegarmi cerco l'ip
col quale sono connesso e mi collego con quello. Ho sottoscritto anche un account con dyndns.org per ovviare al problema dell'IP dinamico, ma anche così non funziona.
Ho provato anche a disabilitare il firewall (uso quello di xp) ma non c'è niente da fare.

Ascolta, abilita la modalità passiva e riprova.

Al server ci arrivi, almeno stando ai log.

Dovresti anche fare un bel "net stat -na" dal prompt, mentre tenti la connessione FTP da fuori, per vedere se apri veramente i socket o se le porte restano solo in ascolto!

Non sono molto sicuro di averlo fatto bene, comunque il risultato è questo.
