Omega drivers

Omega Catalyst Drivers will provide gamers with an alternate set of drivers, ones that have more options and features than the original sets. The drivers contain optimizations, extra features (like OC capabilities), more resolutions and internal tweaks that can give them the edge in a gaming enviroment over the normal drivers, which are often tailored for synthetic benchmarks. All Omega driver sets are tested to ensure maximum compatibility and reliability.

Latest Changes:
-Based on the Catalyst 4.12 Official drivers
-Fixed the version typo from previous release
-Forced some wide screen resolutions that didn't worked on previous set
-Fixed the FireGL OGL problems
-Changed readme to html style instead of text
-Added a new section to readme to include RadLinker specific changes and fixes
