[XP] Il pc si spegne senza motivo e non segnala errori

Salve a tutti, tutto è cominciato lunedì scorso, mentre guardavo un film mi si è bloccato il pc e non ne ha piu' voluto sapere di ripartire, così cercando il motivo dell'interruzione ho cambiato un pezzo per volta tutto il pc esclusi gli hard disk ed il monitor, alla fine a quanto pare era il processore che dava problemi. ora mi ritrovo con il pc nuovo con sceda madre ASUS P5LD2-X/1333 SOCKET 775 945GC(A2) ATX SND+LN+U2 FSB1333(OC) SATA2, 2 DIMM 1GB DDR2 667 PC5300 KINGSTON scheda video GEFORCE 8500GT SUPER, processore INTEL CORE 2 DUO PROCESSOR E6550 LGA775 2.33 GHZ 4MB L2 CACHE 1333MHZ FSB, é da un pò di tempo che mi si spegne il pc e per farlo ripartire devo staccare la spina aspettare che il led verde nella scheda madre si spenga poi ricollegare la spina e accenderlo, al riavvio non mi da nessun errore quindi sono andato a vedere in strumenti di amministrazione, visualizzatore eventi, sistema. In corrispondenza all'orario dello spegnimento mi da questo errore:

Ho provato a leggere la guida ma è in inglese e ci capisco poco niente questo è quello che riporta:
