I was very much surprised that when i heard a country which never protect human right by any means but adovacting human rights. since Eritrea got its independence, she respected some sort of rights like freedom of speech, freedom expression, and religion and new papers. However with caming of war between Ethiopian and Ertirea most human rights were restricted, by the government officals. since then a numbers of people died due to the harsh conditions of the government upon the people. the execution goes not only the soldiers, but to the civil society particlraly with student of Asmara university. they killed many people, chased alot of people from their home, i myself experinced the death of three students for the univesty of Asmara.
In short, we cannot say there is human right in Eritrea, there are alot of people, in prisom with out charge,and many of them died because lack of food and other basic needs, still the violation continued in many part of the country chasing many people of christans from all the country,particulrly inocent people. so what can you say to this country while she is not keeping basic human rights and acted as the way she is protecting human rights
