DSL fastweb a consumo

Ciao a tutti, sono nuovo di questo forum e il numero "1" nel conteggio dei miei messaggi scritti è lì a testimoniarlo :p
Sono arrivato a questo sito e relativo forum (a proposito: è stupendo!) del tutto casualmente, e qui entro in merito alla domanda che vi sottopongo: per navigare utilizzo la DSL di fastweb con un contratto internet a consumo, ma.....il vostro sito risulta essere nell'area intranet di fastweb, per cui ci posso navigare al suo interno senza dover effettuare la connessione. Questo mi succede con altri siti (e non pochi) ma non ho ancora capito a cosa devo tutto questo? Pagate un tanto al mese/anno a fastweb o cosa?
Mi chiedo se a fastweb convenga questa loro "allargata" intranet...
