Il primo è semplicemente un banner popup, il secondo è il sito al quale rimanda il banner e che ti mostra nel messaggio il tuo IP... niente di grave, qualunque sito può vedere il tuo IP e fartelo comparire.

cmq guarda che è un semplice popup....non devi aver paura...puoi navigare tranquillamente...tanto come ti diceva il santo, qls sito è in grado di sapere il tuo ip...
