PowerLaser Express

PowerLaser Express is a program for recording to CD/DVD discs. It also allows you to erase a RW disc, create an ISO image, burn an existing ISO image to disc, and find out more about the CD/DVD drive or media.

Note that application website and help file are in Russian, but the application itself is in English.
